At Dress To Shine we want you to be happy with your purchase.We will accept any return for exchange or refund.All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You must contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any items back. Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and must be in its original packaging in order to be eligible.  Dress To Shine  willNOTaccept any returns without a valid authorization (RA) number. Hats are not returnable, they are considered final sale.Any items(s) purchased at discounted or closeout deals are final sale, no exception. Customers are fully responsible for any shipping and handling associated with returns and exchanges. We only accept one (1) exchange per order. 20% Restocking Fee. No returns or exchanges on exclusive items.

*Refunds

All credit cards refunds will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the product total cost to cover warehouse labor, and the remaining balance will be refunded, shipping is not refundable. 

Cancelations All cancelations must be made within 24 hours after you place your order.A 10% fee will be charge if orders arecancel after this time period
