At Dress To Shine, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, you may request a refund within the designated return period. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that all credit card refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the total product cost to help cover warehouse handling and labor. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note Accessories are not refundable.
